If there is an average for the number of ideas you have in one day, I imagine I would be well above that average. The problem with ideas is you never know how good they are until you tell others. This site should help me discover if I'm just waisting my time.
Friday Big Shop – Part 2
Posted by andypaddock in Cheap Cool Stuff, Cool Stuff
I’ve never been influenced by the “Independent Price Checker” adverts that always put ASDA top and shopping with mySupermarket has proved that the food I normally buy at Tesco would not be any cheaper than ASDA. My shopping is now ordered and I’ve discovered how good the mySupermarket site is.
I’ve ordered groceries online several times but as yet still can’t break the habit of visiting the store in person, I think my recent experience may have changed that. The “Top offers” page lists all of the current deals so you can be tempted from the comfort of your chair.
Not only does it show you the current trolley price of the big 4, but it also suggests alternatives to save you even more money using its “Swap & Save” page. Its a bit like the conversation we always have when faced with a 2 for £3 deal or a buy one get one free. It may look like the best deal but when you look harder the non discounted product would still be cheaper. Using the Swap & Save page shows you the alternatives and also highlights the potential savings, it also offers alternative products or home brand alternatives to save even more money.
When your finished filling your virtual trolley mySupermarket sends your list to the chosen store and the rest of your transaction carries on as normal (delivery slot and payment). I also got £10 off first order which is more than the cost of delivery so if thats something that has been stopping you trying out online grocery shopping there really is no excuse.
